How much does a website cost, and other questions
How much does a website cost, how long it takes, who edits it and what happens after launch. Here are the answers to the questions I get most.

How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages, the languages and what the website has to do. There are no packages and no fixed prices. Every project gets its own quote, with no commitment, split into stages that you approve one at a time. Hosting and maintenance are a separate yearly fee.
How long does it take?
It depends mostly on how fast the texts, the photos and the decisions arrive. The plan shows the stages and what each one needs from you. If there is an important date, say so in your first message.
Do I need a website or an app?
A website is enough if the goal is to show the business, appear on Google and get contacts. You need an app if customers must sign in to an account, pay online, book dates or get invoices. In that case, the website stays and the app joins it.
Can I change the website on my own?
Yes. Your team signs in to the website's editor with their own accounts and changes texts, photos and pages in a form, with no technical knowledge. The website updates in one to two minutes. If you prefer, you can ask me for the changes.
Will the website show up on Google?
The website is built for search engines from the start, with one page per topic, its own titles and descriptions, and structured data. At launch, I register the website with Google and Bing. The position in each search also depends on the competition, so no one can guarantee it.
Can the website be in several languages?
Yes. Each language has its own pages and addresses, and Google shows each person the version in their language. This website is in Portuguese and English.
Does the website comply with the GDPR?
The visit statistics work without cookies. Google Analytics, maps and videos from other services load only after the visitor accepts. The website includes the privacy and cookie policies. In an app, customers can export and delete their data.
Where is it hosted?
On servers in the European Union. Each website runs in its own container, and each app has a server of its own.
Who owns the domain and the accounts?
Your business does. The domain, the payment account and the invoicing software stay in your name, and I have only the access I need to work.
What if I stop working with you one day?
Your texts, photos and data are yours. For an app, I also hand over a copy of the database and the code, and I help with the move to another host.
Do you have a project in mind?
Tell me what you need. Each project gets its own quote, with no commitment.
