Why it is needed

A website or an app needs care after launch. The parts it is made of get security fixes, providers change how they work, and the business changes. With no one watching, a website becomes insecure without anyone noticing.

Websites

Each website runs in its own container, on a server in the European Union. Every change your team saves goes through automatic checks before it goes live. If one fails, the website keeps showing the last good version and I get an alert. Every version of the website is kept, and the photos and documents are backed up every night.

Apps

Each app has a server of its own. Every month I apply the security updates, first on the test version and only then on the live one. Before each update I take a copy of the whole server, I take another every week, and once a year I check that a copy can be restored. An outside service alerts me if the app stops answering, and errors reach me before customers report them.

What it does not include

New features, new pages and rule changes get their own quote, agreed before the work starts. Changes your team can make in the editor stay with your team.
