When a website is not enough

A website shows the business. When customers need to book a date, pay, get an invoice or sign in to an account, that is an app. It has a database, rules and an admin area.

Your website stays the place where people find you on Google. It links to the app at the right moment, for example from the Book button, with the chosen dates already filled in.

What it can have

Each app has only what your business uses:

• online payments by card, MB WAY or Multibanco reference, with refunds;
• subscriptions and monthly or yearly plans;
• invoices and receipts issued in the certified Portuguese invoicing software you already use;
• bookings and appointments with no overlaps, with blocks set by your team;
• reminders or codes by SMS or WhatsApp;
• bookings in your team’s calendar, in Google or Outlook;
• file and document uploads, with controlled access;
• tracking of ad campaigns on Meta and Google;
• several languages.

I use the accounts the business already has (the invoicing software, the bank), so you do not pay for new subscriptions because of the app. The payment and invoicing accounts stay in your business’s name.

How it runs

Each app has its own server in the European Union, with a test version and the live version. Before each update I take a copy of the whole server, and an alert tells me if the app stops answering. The details are in Hosting and maintenance.

If you stop working with me one day, you get a copy of the data and of the code, and I help with the move.
