Career project: built as a developer for an employer, not for a client of mine.
What it is
SNIC is the land registry system of Portugal’s national mapping agency (DGT). Its next version sells certified documents online: property records, boundary reports and point plans.
What I did
I built the document shop from scratch, from the database to the signed PDF in the customer’s inbox.
- Payment by DUC reference, the system of the public administration, and by MB WAY.
- Automatic invoicing and digital signing of the documents.
- An order process that resumes after a failure and never invoices twice.
- A back office where the DGT validates requests.
